Products
Toteira sells custom printed/made-to-order tote bags. Product images, colors, and print placement may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and production differences.

Orders and payments
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing the order. We may cancel or refuse an order if required due to payment issues, incorrect information, production limitations, or suspected misuse.

Made-to-order policy
Because each tote is custom printed/made for your order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preference once production has started.

Support and issue resolution
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incorrectly printed item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shoptoteira.com or call 9920941634. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy our content for commercial misuse, or place fraudulent orders.
