Every Toteira tote bag is custom printed/made specially for each order. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection, personal preference, or after an order has entered production.

No returns for custom-made orders
- No returns for change of mind.
- No exchanges for personal preference.
- No cancellation once the order has entered production or printing.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund where applicable. Refunds or replacements are approved only after verification of the issue.
